Sunshine Bible Academy teamed with ARC International to develop a long range master plan for their comprehensive campus, which includes K-12 education, fine arts, activities center, chapel, 9-12 student living dormitory, staff housing, athletic fields and agricultural resource areas.

Proposed infrastructure improvements including a campus geothermal system, central fire protection system, new sanitary sewer lagoon, roads and driveways were proposed. The most critical items have begun implementation. The first step of implementation towards the $20 million plus plan is an activities center that will be constructed in the future.
