The Pennington County Evidence Building in downtown Rapid City, was the initial phase of a multi-phase, multi-structure for the new Pennington County Administrative Complex.
The new Evidence Building houses the evidence intake, processing and storage needs of the Rapid City Police Department and the Pennington County Administrative Complex.
The facility consists of four main evidence evaluation labs, open office work areas and secured long-term storage. This facility provides state-of-the-art processing needs in evidence handling.
ARC International was also integrally involved in the development and design of the 4-story / 100,000 square foot office building. The final deliverable included programming/design/procurement of over $1.2 million of furniture/fixtures/equipment for the new facility.
