ARC International Welcomes Summer Interns

ARC International is pleased to announce that Taylor Klinkel and Hannah Schmitz have joined the ARC team as summer interns. Taylor Klinkel is majoring in Environmental Design at student at Montana State University. She will graduate in the spring of 2014 and plans on attending graduate school. Taylor is interested in sustainable design and its effects throughout the world. She attended a hands on design / build studio in Kenya helping to build straw bale structures in the summer of 2012. Black Hills Transition Center Dedication

Dedication of the Black Hills Correctional Transition Center was held in Rapid City on May 22, 2012.  ARC International is architect for the building remodel.   The 55,294-square-foot building can house up to 419 inmates with additional space for drug and alcohol support groups, counseling and classrooms. The main floor of the center includes a dining room and kitchen managed by a professional firm and using inmate workers.
